The hotel offered a good breakfast selection with plenty of options to choose from. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the beach and other amenities.
The method of making tea in the room was not efficient as we had to use the microwave. , the overall appearance of the room was a bit tired and needed some maintenance work.

I stayed at the sister hotel, Pato Amarillo, since Pato Rojo was closed the dates I was there. I got an email about that several weeks before, so I liked that about the whole situation. And the hotels are almost right next to each other, so really easy to find.

The location was ideal for us, just a short distance from the beach which we visited daily. The breakfast offered a varied selection and was delicious. The staff were welcoming and always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had. the restaurant was excellent and the options available were plentiful.
The method for making tea was not the most efficient, requiring cold water to be heated in the microwave. the room seemed a little dated and could use some upgrading.

Location for beach etc was very good. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good with attentive staff. Choice of food was good and plentiful - espcecially the breakfast. Room was very clean and quite comfortable although a little tired looking and the terrace needed a litle bit of remedial work doing to it. Quedamos muy contentos con el trato recibido, respetuoso y amable en todo momento. El régimen de media pensión fue realmente bueno. Recomiendo a todos/as los que quieran encontrar un buen sitio donde su dinero valga más. Los dos David's
To make tea you had to put a cup of cold water into the microwave which was not very efficient. A very minor point I know.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect for easy beach access, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered plenty of delicious options with attentive service, especially at breakfast. Our clean and comfortable room was slightly dated, but the terrace provided a lovely outdoor space. We enjoyed the well-stocked amenities and the included meal plan.
Making tea required an inefficient method of microwaving a cup of cold water.
